why now?

great, on the day before going to London I suddenly get really bad toothache. I hate dentists but I guess I will have to go when I get back, until then I have stocked up on pain killers... thankfully I'm not the type of person who has an addictive personality. I hope I can keep the hurting under control until I get back and I also hope I can get an appointment. I'm also hoping that if I need anaesthetic then it wont have to be a needle because I hate needles, though I think given my age it isn't possible for me to have gas... still I hope I'm wrong.

hmm.. actually I just read that you can get gas but it is used to calm you down before using a needle... oh well, anything to help, I just hope my dentist has gas as some don't any more.
